Google Workspace connections

How Nexcorum works with the Google tools you choose to connect.

Nexcorum uses the access granted by the user to perform supported tasks in Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Docs, and Slides. Access is used only within current product capabilities and the task prepared by the user.

Purpose of the connection

A connection lets a prepared task work with the user’s applications.

The connection does not transfer ownership of the account or its data to Nexcorum.

  1. 01

    The user starts it

An authorized user chooses to connect Google Workspace from Nexcorum.

  2. 02

    A task defines the use

The connected tool is used only when a supported task requires it.

  3. 03

    The user reviews

Visir prepares drafts for review and explicit confirmation before conversion into an automation.

Currently supported areas

What Nexcorum can do with each Google Workspace area

The exact actions available depend on the plan, granted permissions, connected account, and any authorized resource required by the task.

Gmail

Detect incoming messages, read the message information needed for a task, send emails, and archive processed messages.

Email access is needed to detect and process relevant messages and to send or archive mail when the approved task requires it.

Google Calendar

Detect new calendar events and create events requested by a task.

Calendar access is needed to read event information and create events in the connected calendar.

Google Sheets

Detect rows, add information, and update information in compatible spreadsheets.

Spreadsheet access is needed to read the relevant sheet and write the rows or cells specified by the task.

Google Drive

Find file and folder metadata, detect changes, and work with files or folders supported and authorized for the task.

Drive metadata access supports finding resources. File access supports files created, opened, or explicitly authorized for use with Nexcorum.

Google Docs

Create documents, use authorized templates, replace text, and export documents as PDF.

File access is required for documents and templates used with the task. Templates or manually selected documents require an authorized resource.

Google Slides

Create presentations, use authorized templates, and export presentations as PDF.

File access is required for presentations and templates used with the task. Templates or manually selected presentations require an authorized resource.

Google Meet remains Coming soon and is not presented as an available integration.

The connection begins with a clear user decision.

Nexcorum does not connect a Google account silently.

    Choose

The user starts the Google connection from the integration area.

  2. 02

    Authorize

Google shows the requested permissions and the user decides whether to grant them.

  3. 03

    Prepare and review

The user or Visir prepares the task, and the user reviews the result before confirming it.

  4. 04

    Perform

Nexcorum performs only supported actions using the access available to the connected account.
